Mr. Hagan holds a BSc (Hons) in Administration (Banking and Finance Option) from the University of Ghana Business School and an MBA from the Cardiff Business School, Wales. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA) and is a qualified Dealing Officer on the Stock Exchange.

He has an extensive experience in Credit Risk Management, Project Appraisal and Management, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. He has over 10 years professional experience covering areas such as Banking and Finance, Agri-Business Management, Financial Management and Project Management.

Prior to joining the team at NDK Financial Services, he was a Project Support Consultant attached to the Agric Financial Services Program with the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), implementers of the MCA Ghana Compact.

Before then he spent about 8 years in First Atlantic Bank where he rose through the ranks culminating in his appointment as a Branch Manager.
