25th Anniversary

NDK celebrated 25 years of sterling services in the financial sector in 2016. Having become the leader in the Finance House category and a pioneer in the Non-Banking Financial Services Industry in Ghana, NDK’s 25th anniversary celebrated two and a half decades of sustainable impactful growth in a challenging and competitive industry, underpinned by sterling service to its valuable customers, partners and communities.

“As we celebrate this milestone, we mark our growth by the number and volumes of loans we have granted to our valuable customers, by the number of lives and families we continue to impact and the institutions we continue to help to stand on their feet. At NDK we have a fundamental desire to partner with our customers to ensure their growth. No wonder we have customers who have been with us for over 20 years”, says the Founder, Oko-Nikoi   Dzani.

The impactful growth has been mirrored by our migration from our humble single-room office in the former Kingsway Building through our first building, NDK House on the Rev. Hesse street (which is now owned by Access Bank) and currently to our present building opposite the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium, known as Omanye Aba, a landmark in the city of Accra.  We also operate from our building located Off the Meridian Road in Community 1, Close to the SSNIT Flats in Tema, which was opened to cater to our customers in the Tema harbor and its environs.

Over the years, NDK has become known as the alternative to banks in the area of loans and investments. Currently, the investment arm of NDK is regarded as a leader in the industry, providing safe, secure and professional services whilst guaranteeing customers excellent returns on their investments.

To celebrate our 25th Anniversary, NDK launched and organized a series of activities and events from March to December 2016. Notable among these are:

• Anniversary lectures, seminars, and management fora
• Environmental and health awareness programs
• Community impact engagements
• Customer appreciation initiatives
• National scholarships awards
• Hockey Gala

We invited our valuable customers, partners and the general public to join us, so that, together we  gave all the Glory to the Almighty God who is the True Owner of NDK, and to celebrate a pioneering and indigenous Ghanaian business success story. Truly “The hand of God has been in this… (Job 12:9)”.

As we look into the future with renewed vigour and hope, we will continue to lead the way by staying true to our core values and commitment to our customers.
