Redeemer has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana Law School, Makola, Ghana. He was called to the Ghana Bar as a Barrister & Solicitor in 2003. He has over 10 years experience in the legal practice.

Before joining NDK, he had worked with Awoonor Law Consultancy and also worked as a Legal Officer at SG-SSB and most recently at Bank of Africa Ghana Ltd.
