Oko-Nikoi Dzani – Managing Director

Mr. Oko-Nikoi Dzani is the founder of NDK Financial Services. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Finance from the University of Birmingham. He also holds an MBA (Entrepreneurship) from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He is a product of Achimota Secondary School.

He has extensive Banking and Finance experience spanning over 3 decades. Prior to setting up NDK, he spent over 10 years working in the Banking industry. In 1981, he began his Banking career at SSB, now SG-SSB, and rose through the ranks to Senior Manager. He was appointed Deputy Managing Director at Ghana Co-operative Bank and later became the Managing Director, from 1986 till his departure in 1992.

Mr. Dzani has held key positions locally and internationally and served on several Boards in private and public institutions. He was Chairman of the Greater Accra Lands Commission, 2nd Vice President of the Ghana Employers Association, Member of the National Pensions Regulatory Commission (NPRC), Member of the Finance Sub-Committee of the International Hockey Federation (FIH), President of the Ghana Hockey Association, Member of 1st African Financial Services Board, a Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA), Member of the Customs Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS) board, and the Hon. Treasurer of the Accra Ridge Church.

Currently, he serves on several Boards including, Boards of Federated Commodities Ltd., Global Haulage Ltd., Transroyal Ltd., Cocoa Merchants Ltd., NDK Capital Ltd., Igiyazi Properties Ltd., and Association of Finance Houses (AFH).

Mr. Dzani is an ardent fan of hockey, which he also played for several years. His passion for hockey resulted in him taking on key Administrative and Managerial roles such as, Member of the International Hockey Federation, Member of the African Hockey Federation, 2nd. Vice President of the African Hockey Federation, and President of the Ghana Hockey Association.

Mrs. Kuorkor Ayisa – Deputy Managing Director

Mrs. Kuorkor Ayisa has a BA Arts in English Literature & a Minor in Biology from Bryn Mawr College, USA; a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and an MBA, specializing in Strategy from the Olin Business School of Babson College, Massachusetts USA.

Prior to joining NDK in 2013, she had over 7 years working experience in various roles in Marketing, Publishing and the Banking industry. She has had previous Banking experiences with Stanbic Bank Ghana, The Central Bank of Ghana and Standard Bank Advisory in China.

Stephen Ntiri – Divisional Head, Finance

Mr. Stephen Ntiri is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK) and The Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) and holds an MBA in Financial Services from the University of East London (UK). He has over 15 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Planning, Treasury Management, Credit Management, and Financial Reporting.

He worked with UT Financial Services (now UT Bank) and TF Financial Services in Management positions for nearly a decade. Mr. Ntiri has extensive experience in the Financial Services industry with specialty in the Non-Bank Financial Institution sub-sector. He also worked with Mantrac Ghana Ltd (formerly Tractor & Equipment Ghana Ltd) in various capacities including Credit Control Manager and Treasury Manager.

Felix Hagan – Divisional Head, Credit

Mr. Hagan holds a BSc (Hons) in Administration (Banking and Finance Option) from the University of Ghana Business School and an MBA from the Cardiff Business School, Wales. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA) and is a qualified Dealing Officer on the Stock Exchange.

He has extensive experience in Credit Risk Management, Project Appraisal and Management, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, and Investment Banking. He has over 10 years of professional experience covering areas such as Banking and Finance, Agri-Business Management, Financial Management, and Project Management.

Prior to joining the team at NDK Financial Services, he was a Project Support Consultant attached to the Agric Financial Services Program with the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), implementers of the MCA Ghana Compact.

Before then he spent about 8 years in First Atlantic Bank where he rose through the ranks culminating in his appointment as a Branch Manager.

Daniel Amoako – Head Internal Audit & Compliance

Mr. Daniel Amoako is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana with over 9 years working experience as an Accountant.

Prior to joining NDK, he worked at Intellisys (firm of Chartered Accountants) rising through the ranks to Audit Senior. Mr. Amoako has been engaged in Audit and specialized projects over the years including Audit Engagement for the SIC Financial Services Limited, Provident Insurance & Provident Life Insurance Limited, Webb Construction Limited, National Lottery Authority, PSMTP-GIMPA / ACBF, and IEA-CIPE Sponsored Presidential debate in 2008.

He is currently the Head-Internal Audit & Compliance of NDK Financial Services Limited.

He is a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD) Ghana.

Redeemer Emmanuel Adjaku – Head, Legal Services

Redeemer has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana Law School, Makola, Ghana. He was called to the Ghana Bar as a Barrister & Solicitor in 2003. He has over 10 years of experience in legal practice.

Before joining NDK, he had worked with Awoonor Law Consultancy and also worked as a Legal Officer at SG-SSB and most recently at Bank of Africa Ghana Ltd.

Alfred Fosu Jnr – Head, Risk

Alfred Fosu Jnr. is a Risk, Credit and Relationship Management expert. He has extensive experience in banking with specialty in Risk, Credit and Relationship Management, Project Management and SME lending. He has intimate understanding of the fundamentals driving the Ghanaian economy and its rapidly developing financial sector. Alfred
has strong research capability in the areas of economic, industry and market analysis.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana. He is a qualified Dealing Officer on the Ghana Stock Exchange.

Alfred is a team player, resilient and always ready to assume new challenges. He has over twelve (12) years’ industry experience. Until his appointment as Head, Risk at NDK, he was the Head, Credit Risk at Golden Pride Savings and Loans Limited. Prior to that, he worked as a Credit and Relationship Manager at HFC Bank (now Republic Bank). He also worked with Emos Consultancy Limited as a Senior Research Analyst. Alfred once served as the Operations and Research Director and later the Chairman of Associates Investment Group, an investment group of young graduates based in Accra.

Clement Atagra – Head, Corporate Affairs

Mr. Clement Atagra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the Ghana Institute of Journalism and Masters in Marketing Strategy from the University of Ghana Business School.

He has over 15 years experience in strategic communication and journalism, having worked with one of Ghana’s two state-owned newspaper, the Ghanaian Times for seven years and Ghana’s leading communications consultancy, Strategic Communications Africa Limited (Stratcomm Africa) for almost 10 years. As an accounts Manager at Stratcomm Africa, he provided strategic communication advisory support to over 20 brands including MTN Ghana, AngloGold Ashanti Ghana Limited, Emirates Airlines, Cenpower Ghana, GCNet, National Communications Authority, UT Bank and Karpowership.

He is a member of the Institute of Public Relations (IPR) Ghana.
